GTRONIC - Transitioning to Advance Phase?

GTRONIC has been in a decline phase since Jan 2021 then to a potential accumulation phase when it moved sideways within a trading range. Now it appears to have transitioned to advance phase when it broke above its trading range with heavy volume the previous week.
