Shell - Testing Resistance @28.7 Again

SHELL Weekly Chart

SHELL ended strong last week closing the week with a long bullish candle but failed short of breaking its resistance at 28.7. This will be a second attempt to break above this resistance after failing to do so in Oct 2022. Will it break this time?
